1. On 19th March, next Sunday we are celebrating Oottuthirunnal in honour of St Joseph. After 6 pm Solemn Holy Qurbana we will have Oottunercha. Three days devotion in preparation for Oottuthirunal begins next Thursday. Details are in the notice. Everyone is requested to cooperate and contribute coconut shells from your homes, as in previous years. Those who can sponsor for Oottunercha, give your contribution at the counter outside. Kindly cooperate to park your vehicles at DVK road next Sunday.
2. Next Friday the Way of the Cross will be led by St George Ward, Wilsongarden, St Thomas Ward; Rev Sisters of Saveena Convent and Krupalaya. Next Sunday the Way of the Cross will be led by St Joseph’s Ward, Lakkasandra and Rev. Sisters of Besania and Bethany Convents.
3. Priests will be available in the Church for Confession from 5 pm onwards on Fridays and Saturdays, in preparation for the Great Lent.
4. Parishioners have the opportunity to include Photos of Birthdays, Marriage, Wedding Anniversary, Death Remembrance and Advertisements for the next Santhome Messenger. Submit the matters in the office before 25th March.
5. Ward councilors and Association Representatives are requested to give the name and Contact number of newly elected office bearers in the parish office at the earliest.
6. A meeting of those who are interested in church services like collecting offertory and reading the Gospel during the Holy Qurbana on Sundays will be held today at 10.30 in St. Chavara Hall.
7. Applications are invited from Parishioners who hold a Degree and are committed to teach Catechism for the next academic year. The interested applicants shall submit their application at the Parish Office.
8. Admissions are open at Santhome Kinder to Pre-KG, LKG and UKG for the year 2023-2024. Kindly confirm your seats at the earliest as the seats are limited.
9. Meeting of Mathruvedhi will be held on 18th March, next Saturday at 2.30 pm at Parish Administrative Block. Mathruvedhi is organizing a free Ayurvedic Medical Camp, on 26th March Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm at Parish Administrative Block.
10. The members of St Vincent De Paul Society are taking collections outside the church. Please encourage their initiatives with your contributions.
